In future people will wish to live in Jaypee’s Wish town and it will be one of the posh colonies/ sectors of Noida. Kalypso court is a luxury project and have almost all luxury facilities thus a good buy. There are two site plans for Kalypso Court 1 and Kalypso court 2. Both are Golf Course Facing. The payment plans are very good. Another main reason to choose this project is the Jaypee’s name and brand. So far this project has given a good premium against the investment. Thus a good appreciation and premium expected in future. Bank approved Project, HDFC Bank, India bulls, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Providing Home loan. Possession is expected Dec’2013.
